somatic neuroscience practitioner, reiki master, and the woman who spent years thinking i could think my way into the version of me i wanted before my body finally said no and made me feel my way through.

trained in neurosomatic intelligence (NSI). certified in reiki. with a background that took me through tech and marketing before my nervous system asked for something else. now i hold space for women doing the same return. the high-functioning ones who finally got conscious enough to feel it all and are tired of doing it alone in their kitchen.
